Ok, so let’s face it… no bride comes to Hawaii thinking that it might rain on their wedding day. In fact, the fantastic weather is probably one of the reasons you chose to get married here in the first place! But in reality it does happen. Most often it’s just a passing sprinkle and delivers the gorgeous rainbows that Hawaii is famous for, but on rare occasions it can be more than that. Best case scenario you have a fabulous wedding planner like Morgan Childs at Moana Events and they have already thought of a back-up plan. If this isn’t the case, or you have a family member or “friend” as wedding planner/shot caller on the day of.. take note of Morgan’s suggestions located in the post below. Enjoy! And really.. the rain is a blessing in Hawaiian culture.. we aren’t just saying that to make you feel better! 🙂

I forgot to mention We were married at St. Regis Princeville in Hawaii the Wedding planner went up and beyond to make our Wedding day very special We were suppose to have a moonlit dinner but the wind and sprinkles danced on that parade instead the accommodated us with the Royal Suite and my new last name is Roy so that alone made for some very delightful pictures and this suite was entirely more than we could’ve dreamed of I think I’m crying just thinking about it I guess my point is to agree that rain is a blessing on your Wedding day
